SUMAssure can handle claims faster and more easily than traditional insurance providers because we specialize in municipal insurance and have probably seen similar claims before. We have the municipal knowledge and expertise it takes to give subscribers outstanding customer service. We listen and customize our services to meet your needs.

We know legislation—including The Municipalities Act and The Cities Act—and have a proven archive of legal resources. This gives us an unmatched ability to defend our subscribers, especially from frivolous nuisance claims. We make sure to pay claims of merit, but will also fight for our subscribers if they aren’t legally liable for a claim.

Making a Claim

When it’s time to make a claim, contact your local SUMAssure representative. We’ve split the service areas at Yorkton into north and south. When you contact your area rep, they will walk you through the claims process. You’ll have access to their knowledge and expertise every step of the way, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.
